What is this store's return and exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery please contact me immediately. I will accept exchanges or refunds if you feel like your item was not as described or arrives damaged. Once I receive the item, in it's original condition, i will refund the full amount for the product, or exchange for another item if you would prefer. The refund does not include original or return shipping costs.

I want you to be happy with your purchase so feel free to contact me with any concerns.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?

I ship items regular Australia Post. If you prefer your package to have extra insurance, be sent via registered post or be express posted, please contact me for the additional pricing.

I package all items myself, & aim to send each one as safely as possible. if you feel your package has arrived without adequate packaging or care do not hesitate to contact me & I will do my utmost to rectify the situation.

As a guide, postage within Australia is generally 2-10 working days and approximately 10 working days to the rest of the world. Please keep in mind that packages can be delayed through customs depending on your country (which means items can sometimes take up to 12 weeks).
